Our web site is being re-wired!
This page is going to look really plain using Navigator 4; not that there's anything wrong that ;-) But just as that line from Seinfeld is old and overworked, so is Navigator 4. This page uses modern CSS (style sheets) to control layout, and Nav4 just isn't up to the task; try one of the more-recent browsers listed at left.
Recent Browsers:
Netscape 7
Mozilla 1
Explorer 6/Win
Explorer 5/Mac
Konqueror 3/Linux
OmniWeb 4/MacOSX
Opera 5
If this page has a white background, you should turn on Style Sheets in your browser's preferences. To use our site on a older browser, click here.
